1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Signalyze ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Signalyze. Please read them carefully before using our Service.

2. Service Description

Signalyze is an AI-powered cryptocurrency trading signal service that:

• Monitors professional trading channels for signal extraction
• Uses Multi-AI Council technology to analyze and validate trading opportunities
• Delivers real-time trading signals via Telegram
• Tracks entry confirmations, take profit targets, and stop loss levels
• Provides news sentiment analysis for market context
• Offers REST API and WebSocket for developers

3. Eligibility

To use Signalyze, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Telegram account
• Accept these Terms of Service
• Not be prohibited by law from using cryptocurrency services
• Understand the risks of leveraged cryptocurrency trading

4. User Accounts and Subscriptions

4.1 Account Creation

Accounts are created automatically when you first interact with our Telegram bot. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account.

4.2 Subscription Packages

We offer subscription packages with varying durations and features:

• Subscription duration is specified in months
• VIP access includes all trading signals and priority support
• Subscriptions are non-transferable
• Prices are displayed in USD but paid in cryptocurrency

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through CryptoCloud.plus:

• Accepted currencies: USDT on BSC, Polygon, and TRX networks
• Payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain
• Invoices expire after 24 hours if not paid
• Subscription activates immediately upon payment confirmation

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share signals with non-subscribers
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract signal data
• Abuse the API rate limits or service resources
• Impersonate Signalyze staff or other users
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Interfere with service operation or security

You are solely responsible for:

• Your trading decisions and their outcomes
• Managing your own risk through stop losses

7. No Guarantees or Warranties

We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

8.1 No Refunds

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments and digital services:

• All payments are final and non-refundable
• We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time
• Blockchain transaction fees are non-recoverable
• This applies regardless of signal performance

8.2 Service Interruptions

In case of extended service outages (>24 hours), we may, at our sole discretion, extend subscription periods. This is not guaranteed.

8.3 Cancellation

You may stop using the service at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds are provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for subscription in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signalyze from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your trading activities
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Intellectual Property

All aspects of Signalyze are protected by intellectual property rights:

• Our Multi-AI Council technology and algorithms
• Signal formatting and presentation
• Brand, logos, and trademarks

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to receive and use signals for personal trading only.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the service or other users
• Non-payment or payment disputes

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions relating to liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Good-faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration as a last resort

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via Telegram. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
